Made to Order — No Returns or Exchanges
Every item in the Dream In Color Store is printed and produced on demand specifically for you. Because each product is custom-made at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We encourage you to review product descriptions, size guides, and color details carefully before placing your order.
⚠ We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed, made-to-order products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused during shipping, we will make it right — no questions asked.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:
- 1 Your order number
- 2 A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- 3 A brief description of the issue
Once we review your claim, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
